Returns, Refunds & International Shipping Policy

TBN Pacific does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases or unwanted items. All purchases are considered final, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Shipping and Delivery: All orders are dispatched through third-party postal or courier services. Once dispatched, delivery times and handling are subject to the carrier's operations and are outside TBN Pacific's direct control. TBN Pacific does not guarantee delivery timeframes or provide additional compensation for postal delays, lost shipments or transit damage, except where required by law.

International Orders: Customers purchasing from outside Australia are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, clearance fees and other charges imposed by their destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees unless expressly stated. TBN Pacific cannot predict or guarantee these charges and is not responsible for paying them.

Consumer Rights: Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
